How much does shipping cost? 
Sweden: free shipping from 599kr. Otherwise shipping costs from 49kr and up.
Denmark: Free shipping from 599 dkr. Otherwise shipping costs from 39dkr and up.
EU: Free shipping from 99 Euro. Otherwise shipping costs from 5.9 Euro and up.
Who do you supply?
We offer a variety of delivery methods, which you can find at checkout. These include Instabox, Budbee, Airmee, DHL & Postnord.
How long is the delivery time?
You will find an estimated shipping time at checkout. In the vast majority of cases, delivery takes only 1-2 days.

I have only received part of my order. What do I do?
If you have only received part of your order, it has probably been sent as more than 1 parcel. Double check if you received more than 1 SMS/email from the selected carrier with tracking info. If you haven't received it, contact us at support@swedishtonic.com or via the chat box on the right and we'll look into it.
Can I track my order?
Yes, as soon as your order is shipped you will receive a link with tracking information by text or email. You can also track your order here
Payment
How can I pay?
You can pay by Swish, invoice, card payment (incl. Amex) or direct payment. Our payments are handled by Klarna.

Can I cancel an order after it has been placed?
No, in general it is not possible to cancel an order after it has been placed. You will have to receive the package to make a return. But write to us and we will check if the warehouse has not started processing your order.
