GENERAL

Prices are in Swedish kronor (SEK) including VAT where applicable. Deviations from the terms and conditions are valid only if both parties have signed a special agreement regulating this.


PRODUCTS

All products sold in the shop can be used in Sweden and must comply with Swedish legislation. Prices are inclusive of VAT.


AVAILABILITY

These terms and conditions of purchase apply unless Swedish or other applicable law provides for terms that conflict with these terms and conditions. For private consumers, the Consumer Sales Act and the Distance Contracts Act apply, which also includes protection for Swedish Tonic AB (swedishtonic.com).

ORDER

If the customer is under 18 years of age, the parent's permission must be obtained before the purchase is made. Orders made in another person's name without their consent, or in other ways that cause Swedish Tonic AB (swedishtonic.com) to suffer financial damage, will be reported to the police. The seller disclaims liability for printing errors, errors in information, and errors in specification, on all products and services in the Swedish Tonic AB (swedishtonic.com) range. All image information should be seen as illustrations and cannot be guaranteed to reproduce the exact appearance and nature. Your order is valid as soon as order confirmation is received and the order is registered with Klarna.

SHIPPING PRICES

There is no shipping charge for purchases over $599 (for selected shipping methods). For orders under $599, there is a shipping charge that will be presented at checkout upon payment.


DELIVERY AND CANCELLATION

Normal delivery time is 1-3 working days, but we reserve the right to deliver in 3-7 working days at times of high order pressure. We aim to dispatch all orders before 3:30pm each weekday. Please note that the delivery time in the checkout is an indication and not a guarantee as it is a third party that carries out the delivery.

In cases where the customer considers that delivery is delayed in such a way that he no longer wishes delivery of the order, it is the customer's responsibility to cancel the order in accordance with Swedish Tonic AB's (swedishtonic.com) terms and conditions of purchase. Cancellation after the order has been dispatched is not possible. In cases where the order has been dispatched, the customer is obliged to receive the order. It is not possible to cancel a product or service that has been purchased or prepared especially for the customer. Cancellation is also not possible in cases where a delivery is delayed due to the carrier.

Cancellation is not valid until the customer has received confirmation from the Selling Company, either by e-mail or telephone.


RETENTION OF TITLE

All goods remain the property of Swedish Tonic AB (swedishtonic.com) until full payment has been received.


LIABILITY FOR DEFECTS

Swedish Tonic AB (swedishtonic.com) liability for errors in delivery and is limited to the applicable terms of sale. Swedish Tonic AB (swedishtonic.com) bears no direct or indirect liability for, for example, damage to product after collection, but is not limited to, incompatibility, delays in delivery, interruption of service, loss of data, extra work or other financial loss.


CUSTOMER'S RIGHTS IN CASE OF DELAY

In cases where Swedish Tonic AB (swedishtonic.com) cannot deliver goods within the stated delivery time, the customer has the right to cancel the order.


TERMS OF COMPLAINT AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

It is advisable for the customer to check the arrival of the delivery to verify that it is correct and free of defects. In case of complaint, the customer should contact Swedish Tonic AB (swedishtonic.com) by e-mail at support@swedishtonic.com. Please quote the order number. In the event of a complaint, the customer must request a so-called RN (return number), which is then valid for 14 days.
In all cases where an item is returned to Swedish Tonic AB (swedishtonic.com), the customer must first have obtained an RN. The return shipment must then be clearly marked with this RN. The customer should write the received RN on the parcel label so that the original packaging is not damaged. Defective products returned to Swedish Tonic AB (swedishtonic.com) should be treated as if they were faultless. It is of utmost importance that the product is packed in such a way that it does not risk damage. For private consumers, the Consumer Sales Act applies, which means that the customer is entitled to have the freight paid in the event of a valid return. At Swedish Tonic AB (swedishtonic.com), private consumers have the right to receive a prepaid parcel.

If the return is not valid and the customer has received a prepaid parcel label, the return shipping cost will be charged. If the reason for return is a complaint and the error cannot be proven, a fee of 200:- + VAT + return shipping and handling costs will be charged. Shipments without RN will be returned to the customer and the shipping cost will be charged. Swedish Tonic AB (swedishtonic.com) reserves the right to replace defective goods with equivalent goods in cases where identical goods are not available.

In the event of a complaint, Swedish Tonic AB (swedishtonic.com) will remedy the defect by sending out a new product in accordance with the Consumer Sales Act.

Swedish Tonic AB (swedishtonic.com) is always responsible for return freight in the case of damaged or faulty goods.


ANNUAL COURT

In the case of products that are specially manufactured for a particular customer, the right of exchange, open purchase or right of withdrawal does not apply. Goods that fall under the category of foodstuffs are also exempt from the right of withdrawal.
For products where the right of withdrawal applies (e.g. bar accessories), the right of withdrawal is 14 days from the date you receive the product. In that case, you as the customer must pay the shipping costs to us by the appropriate means of transport. Pack well. If you want us to send you a prepaid return waybill, we charge 149kr incl. VAT per parcel for shipping and handling. This does not apply to orders sent to companies.

If an item is damaged in transit, Swedish Tonic AB (swedishtonic.com) must be contacted within a reasonable time for information on compensation.

In cases where a gift has been included in the purchase, this gift must also be returned if the gift limit is not reached upon return. Otherwise, the value of the product will be charged to you as a customer.

If the customer chooses to keep one or more items, shipping will be charged if the order total is less than the applicable free shipping limit.


REFUND OF ORDER AMOUNT

In case of withdrawal or complaint where the customer does not request a new product, Swedish Tonic AB (swedishtonic.com) shall refund the order amount.


UNDELIVERED CONSIGNMENT

For shipments that are not redeemed and the package is returned to Swedish Tonic AB(swedishtonic.com), a fee of 250:- + VAT will be charged to cover Swedish Tonic AB(swedishtonic.com)'s costs for transport and administration. This price is per shipment number and this includes if Budbee & Airmee fails to deliver 3 times.


DAMAGED GOODS IN TRANSIT

If an item from Swedish Tonic AB (swedishtonic.com) is damaged in transit, regardless of whether the damage is clearly visible or hidden, this must be reported immediately to the freight forwarder. However, within 7 days at the latest.


FORCE MAJEURE

Events such as war, natural disaster, industrial action, government decisions, non-delivery from subcontractors, deteriorating circumstances and comparable events beyond the control of Swedish Tonic AB (swedishtonic.com), which could not reasonably be foreseen, shall be considered force majeure, which means that Swedish Tonic AB (swedishtonic.com) is released from its obligations to fulfill agreements entered into.


HANDLING OF PERSONAL DATA

Swedishtonic.se will never share your personal information with third parties, but may use it to send you advertising about our own store or any of the stores that are part of our company. However, you as a customer always have the right to refuse such mailings and removal from our database if you so wish.


TVIST

In the event of a dispute, it is our policy to follow the recommendations of the Swedish Complaints Board.


OTHER

Swedish Tonic AB (swedishtonic.com) reserves the right to change all information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications and product offerings, without prior notice. In the event of a final sale at the stated price or due to the discontinuation of a sale item, Swedish Tonic AB (swedishtonic.com) has the right to cancel the purchase and refund any amounts paid in the best way possible. Swedish Tonic AB (swedishtonic.com) shall also notify the customer if a replacement or equivalent item is available.
