Sugar coating

1Mix sugar & water in a saucepan

2Let it boil slowly until the sugar dissolves

3Add any seasoning

4Let it simmer on medium heat and taste until you reach the desired taste

5Strain and pour into a glass bottle

50% sugar

50% water

Possible flavouring. E.g. berries, mint, rhubarb, lemon, rose petals, chilli, birch leaves
