Swedish Tonic's latest launch of snaps is a modern combo of two traditional drinks with a rich history; Gin & Tonic and Snaps. The Snaps has a distinct taste of gin & tonic, elderflower and underlying notes of citrus & rhubarb. Perfect for summertime get-togethers, the snaps comes in both 38% strength and non-alcoholic.
Swedish Tonic has previously modernised Swedish classics such as the G&T semla and the G&T mulled wine. Both were a success, selling out in no time. Now it's time to take on the next favourite, the G&T schnapps, which is spiced with tonic syrup and massaged elderflower. A hand-brewed taste experience with a fresh and mild flavour. The traditions of schnapps date back to the 1850s, when people also started singing Helan går, our most popular schnapps song. This has been picked up by Pond Design, who created the design, in both the naming, illustration and storytelling around the design.
A great news is that the schnapps is also released in a non-alcoholic version. The non-alcoholic range deserves a natural and grown-up alternative. Everyone should have the right to sing along to the schnapps songs, whether they drink alcohol or not ( or just wish to moderate their alcohol intake). The non-alcoholic schnapps, which has distinct bitterness & acidity as well as notes of elderflower and juniper, also has heat & attitude from chili to get that classic "schnapps vibe".
