The whiskey sour was first mentioned in a Wisconsin newspaper in 1870

Add all the ingredients in a shaker and shake well

15 ml Swedish Tonic Syrup

40 ml whiskey

20 ml Cointreau (works without Cointreau as well)

20 ml sugar syrup

30 ml lemon juice

1/2 egg white

Ice
